I would like to start by saying, THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL.

In my work with small business owners, we talk a lot about goals, about big dreams, and about desires for success. I work with all types of entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, retailers, makers, service providers, and restaurateurs.

The number one thing holding them back from getting what they want is not lack of resources or even lack of clarity. It is trouble focusing.

This is because each and every day, there are endless tasks, ideas, and challenges that can distract a business owner by diverting their energy. When we are able to remove the distractions, and focus on one specific goal at a time, that is when the magic happens.

But here is the amazing thing, getting focused and achieving goals is just like working out. The more you do it, the better results you will see. And doing it with a “trainer” who keeps you focused and accountable will produce better results than going it alone.

That is why I put together this 10-Day Stress Busting Email Series for Small Business Owners.

I want to help you:

  • Practice healthy habits that reduce stress. Stress is a MAJOR blocker when it comes to getting what you want out of life. When we reduce the load you are carrying around in your worrying mind, you have that strength freed up to get what you really want.
  • Build your confidence. The more you set a goal and get it, the more confident you will be that you can do it again. Your goals will get bigger, but the practice is the same. If you focus to achieve a goal every day for ten days, I promise you will be hungry for more.
  • Learn how to track your progress. The system we will use to track progress in the 10-Day Series, is the same system I use for any goal, professional and personal, that I set for myself. Trust me, it works.
  • Make the world a better place. Yep, I am going there. When you are less stressed, and more confident, you will be better in your business and to the world around you. My personal mission is to make the world a better place, by inspiring people to be the best versions of them. Won’t you be a part of my mission?


Here is how it works:

  1. Every week night for two weeks (total of 10 nights) beginning Sunday, February 5th, you will receive an email from me with a simple task that will take no more than 15 minutes, to be completed the following day.

  2. The tasks are cumulative, on day 1, you have one task, on day 2, you have 2 tasks, and so on, up to 5 tasks each week for two weeks. Because these tasks are simple, on the final day, you will need less than an hour total to complete all 5 tasks and your tracking.

  3. Included in the email will be a link to a Form of Daily Questions that you must submit to track your progress.

The goal of the tasks is to help you experience some stress reducing activities, consider new habits, and feel accomplished at the end of each day. These are SIMPLE TASKS, some of which you might already be doing.

My hope is that after two weeks of completing simple tasks, you will be able to move on to bigger and better changes in your life and business with the new found confidence that you CAN crush goals and know how to track things to see your progress.

**You do not have to be a business owner or an aspiring entrepreneur to see the benefits from the 10-Day Series, because this isn’t a business building exercise. The tasks are related to stress reduction and no one task should take more than 15 minutes.
