When You Invest in Yourself Your Business Grows {Video Interview}

People need to know how boss my friend Paul Cassimus, owner of King of Pops Richmond really is. He is a guy who is known to not take himself too seriously, but is honestly one of the most serious business owners I know.

What started as a single popsicle stand, has grown in a few short years to a business with 3 full time and over 20 seasonal employees, with multiple carts, a brick and mortar popsicle patio space, and a thriving catering business serving up pops and sandwiches as well as “Unexpected Moments of Happiness” throughout the Richmond region.

In our perfect weather patio conversation, Paul and I talked about:

  • The mantra that has made King of Pops about more than just desserts on a stick
  • Some of the local business collaborations that has helped his business grow
  • How King of Pops stays relevant and generates revenue in the off-season with another completely innovative service
  • How Paul spends his free time (reading books on personal and business development) and how that has impacted his business growth

Listen on the go (to Paul's sweet radio voice) via podcast on SoundCloud. We've got a full interview available for you. If you like what you hear, we hope you will subscribe.
