When I decided to start a marketing consulting business, the kind of client I was looking to serve was someone like me.

 

I started a small business (an indoor cycling studio) by bootstrapping all the cash, finding a location, managing a crazy build-out, recruiting and training staff, developing operational systems, building a website, and a million other things while I was still working a full time job and growing a human. There were never enough hours in my day and my poor friends and family really started to miss me because when I wasn’t at my studio or my day job, my nose was in my computer trying to get my marketing rock solid to fill my classes and grow my sales. It’s the age old saying, if I knew now what I didn’t know then, things could have been much different. I could have enjoyed my life and my biz without risking burnout. This is honestly the reason why I started Lemon Umbrella, to service small business owners who are doing it all themselves and simply need a little boost.

 

I figured out the systems to simplify my marketing efforts by going through the trail and error and I want to help you avoid all of that. The best way (that I know) to make the most of your marketing efforts is to have a plan.
